Responsibilities:
– Identifying training needs for all the departments within the company
– Working closely with concerned parties to develop training programs & ensuring they delivery of excellent results
– Organizing training materials and overseeing training programs
– Tracking & assessing the progress of trainees and taking the needed actions
Requirements:
– Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development field
– Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
