Responsibilities:
– Ensuring the delivery of exceptional experience to company’s customers and promoting the company’s services
– Maintaining a positive attitude & respond to customers’ inquiries or complaints
– Assisting and processing customers’ requests on system for all types of transactions and adhering to the pre-defined policies at all times
– Performing cash counts on timely basis to avoid cash differences

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or related field
– Proven experience in Customer Service & Cash Administration
– Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
– Tech savvy, fast learner, dynamic

Additional details:
– Location: Metn – Beirut – Keserwan – South
– Flexibility in schedules is required
