Responsibilities:
– Ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to company’s customers
– Supporting all users by handling their inquiries and requests via different channels (Phone calls, chats, e-mail…) using a ticketing system on a timely basis
– Communicating with various department or service providers in order to solve any pending issues with customers based on inquiries received
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience in Customer Support
– Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
– Tech savvy, fast learner, dynamic
