HOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND

At Talaco, we want to be sure you are happy with your device. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your device, if you meet the following conditions:
  1. Customer received a damaged product from our side
  2. Customer received or ordered the wrong item
  3. Product is still in its original packaging
  4. Product is returned within 7 days of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
